Provide support to the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Plan and organize promotional, business, and social events
Responsible for ensuring the target audience is engaged, and the message of the event is marketed properly.
Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, staffing, and budgets).
Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of event planning have strategic value in reaching the event's goal.
Responsible for the write-ups of the company portfolio; will be the Assistant Editor for the newsletter.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Event Management or any related course
Experienced in writing up media kits, newsletters, portfolios, Press releases, etc.
Experience in event organization or management, or related work experience, is an added advantage
Strong communication skills - written and verbal are a must
Must be able to work independently with less supervision
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
