The primary responsibility of a Marketing Manager is to help position Sprout as the frontier tech in the Philippines by increasing brand awareness and building a community of HR Professionals. You will be playing a key role in the development and execution of marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
Role
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email marketing, digital media, website and SEO, brand marketing, PR and partnerships and corporate communications)
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Manage the marketing team and and create comprehensive reports on how to maintain order within the realms of the department
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Requirements
3 to 5 years proven experience as marketing manager or similar role
3 to 4 years proven experience as an associate or entry level marketing/brand position before being promoted as a manager
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or any related field
Deep understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
Familiarity with specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid proficiency with marketing technology, software and applications (Email platforms, media buying, Photoshop, Wordpress, etc.)
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
