Full-Time Role, Work-From-Home Setup
Reports to Marketing Head with 2 managers to supervise
HairMNL's Marketing Manager is in charge of ensuring strategic alignment and smooth implementation of all marketing activities for the brand (and any innovations thereafter) that ultimately leads to incremental sales. For this role, understanding of the market landscape, marketing mix, and familiarity with content creation and B2B and B2C relationship building are required. Ultimately, this role will be key in achieving business goals through building strong digital marketing campaigns for the brand.
Responsibilities include:
Strategy & Planning
Develop brand strategies and communication plans to boost brand equity and drive conversions
Lead in-house marketing operations, including managing the marketing calendar and brand partnership promotions, to ensure objectives are achieved
Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business
Champion and manage new projects to create additional business values aligned with the company's growth strategy
Communications & Engagement
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, CRM, display advertising, and PR
Maximization of various organic and paid acquisition channels to improve performance KPIs
Collaborate with creative services, brand partners, designers, and other vendors to execute planned promotions and brand activities
Oversees execution of the marketing team by providing creative input, proofreading creative copy, managing campaign briefs, and coordinating marketing plan with operations and media
Analytics & Insighting
Work with Brand Manager to monitor performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics dashboard, including business reviews
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields
Minimum 4 years of brand marketing experience including working with a creative agency or internal creative team; experience working in the luxury, hair, or retail beauty industry is a plus
Solid knowledge of website and other digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) and updated on the latest trends and best practices for eCommerce
Skillset Preference
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts of the team and see the big picture to provide input and represent the brand to different partners; mentor and motivate team members to perform well
Creative skills with strong attention to detail, able to brainstorm ideas with a content creator and graphic designers, evaluate the aesthetic appeal of marketing materials, devise creative ways to activate the brand
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate to make decisions, develop a rapport with partner brands, listen to and address feedback, evaluating copywriting and business reviews
Good organization and project management skills by overseeing the translation of strategy to execution, coordinating production of content and planning of promos, helping team members to finish tasks on time
Strong digital and marketing skills, well-versed in eCommerce and digital media, highly focused on customers' needs, able to represent the brand and its identity well
Highly motivated to keep learning and to make a difference and help build a fast-growing and evolving business, while working co-independently to accomplish tasks in a timely manner given the work-from-home setup
