The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for running the marketing plan for our APAC market ensuring that Alights HR & Payroll offerings are presented in an innovative and customer first approach.
This is a broad and hands-on role with many different aspects and many things going on at the same time. So if you up for a challenge and eager to learn and great in multi-tasking, this is the role for you.
If you are not already you need to be willing to dive into the topic of HR and Payroll as these are the main topics you need to promote. Also you need to be great with tools like Salesforce, marketing automatization and webinars tools.
We will also heavily weight on your APAC knowledge, you going to be our APAC marketing expert and need to be able to tell all the in's and out's on how to do marketing in this region.
Role's Key Responsibilities:
Solution Marketing
Market intelligence
Research and study the HR market by working closely with sales, country marketers and management to spot and respond to market trends
Research and study our competitors' sales and product strategies, marketing initiatives and pricing to provide insights to Alight sales teams.
Sales enablement
Articulate Alight solution portfolio
Communicate the value proposition of Alight solution portfolio to the sales teams and develop sales tools that support the selling process (e.g. online content, PowerPoint presentations, sales information packs, sales collateral, etc)
Capture customer success by building success stories
Demand generation
Work closely with HR technology consultants and product development teams to translate technology features into client benefits
Assist in developing the marketing strategy required to achieve annual revenue targets.
Marketing content creation
Manage the conception and execution of fresh, ground-breaking, creative content campaigns and assets that instruct and inspire HR practitioners on how to deploy the best HR strategy in their organization.
Drive inbound marketing, generated through digital content assets
Position Alight as a thought leader at the cross roads of HR and IT
Follow-up and report on results achieved through content marketing programs.
Demand generation & campaign management
Run content-driven and thought-leading demand generation campaigns addressing the needs of HR services buyers using marketing channels such as inside sales, online marketing, events, webinars, ABM, etc.
Facilitate localization and local roll-out of global campaigns
Help monitor marketing return on investment such as number of leads, prospects (MQOs), site visitors, webinar attendees, retweets, etc.
Aim to maximize lead generation and conversion
Manage global campaigns together with your European counterparts
Generate learnings through development of test/learn plan across all relevant marketing channels
Skills and Competencies
Skills:
Content knowledge or quick to understand content in HR technology and services (core HR, payroll, talent management, recruitment, HR analytics), preferably with technology deployment models (cloud, SaaS, BPaaS, etc)
Ability to prepare and present to senior level internally and externally
Strategic thinking and ability to translate market requirements and complex technical features into comprehensive and cohesive value propositions
Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on time and within budget
Comfortable with marketing analytics including Google Analytics
Social media experience
Highly organized and ability to work in a global environment as part of a global team
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, preferably complemented with other language(s)
Agility in running complex sales processes and working in large, matrix international organizations
University-level degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
Proficient with Microsoft Office, salesforce (or similar), Marketing automation tools
