The Ortus Club is looking for a detail-oriented and punctual Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in the production of marketing materials, represent our company, and build our brand's social media presence.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and liaise with Guesting Directors to produce marketing collaterals for all events while creating initiatives that engage our target audience and manage our online community.
Responsibilities
Planning, directing, and coordinating all marketing efforts with a focus on customer experience
Support the sales team with any outreach collaterals
Set up and oversee social media plan with a focus on LinkedIn
Report directly to management with monthly reports
Monitor competitors' marketing activities
Supervise and collaborate in the production of PR campaigns and assist in media coverage growth
Continuously improve all marketing collaterals
Potentially travel to event locations to represent the company
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a leading university
Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
Experience in WordPress is preferred
Good eye for graphic design and aesthetics
Experience creating high-quality written content
Attention to detail and strong commercial flair
Incredible work ethics and high level of energy
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Marketing / Advertising / Sales 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
The Ortus Club curates high-end executive knowledge-sharing sessions in the form of roundtable discussions.
