Job Description
The marketing coordinator is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our online marketing, database, and the 'human' element of generating leads. He/she has an understanding of the company's marketing function and takes a keen interest in ensuring leads are flowing effectively and efficiently through our marketing and sales funnel. The marketing coordinator works closely with the sales and marketing team.
Core Functions
Social Media - Managing Social media schedule and accounts, across both Freshmethod and Practice Preotect. Pushing out and monitoring activity on content.
Execute the social media strategy
Deploy approved social media content across channels
Proactively comment and respond to relevant comments, pages, and people
Report on social media effectiveness
Manage the marketing calendar - The marketing coordinator is responsible for managing the marketing calendar to ensure that all deadlines for content are met.
Webinar promotion - Responsible for webinar setup and promotion, ensuring that all lead information is accurate and processed.
Inbound leads - Responsible for the processing and distribution of all inbound leads into the database.
Website messages - Responsible for responding to inbound lead message requests to the website.
Marketing & Sales Database Management - Ensuring that the marketing & sale database of leads and clients is kept up to date and accurate.
Producing Reports - Updating the weekly marketing reports.
Setting up and sending email campaigns - automation of email campaigns on Infusionsoft.
Other Adhoc tasks - Occasionally, tasks outside of the above scope may be required.
Updating website - Adhoc changes to the website on Wordpress and Unbounce will be required, monitoring the website's SEO.
Blog Posting - Post blogs to the Practice Protect website.
About the company
You will be working for an established Australian IT Company supporting a security software trusted by thousands of companies to manage passwords, control access, and protecting data online.
The role requires the following:
Communications, Marketing or similar degree and/or demonstrable experience in sales administration, database management or social media platform management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative, coordination (marketing or sales)
Experience managing business social media channels including: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional valued experience:
Experience using a robust CRM database (preferably Salesforce, Hubspot, Infusionsoft)
Experience with paid display ad and social media platforms (eg. Google Analytics, Adroll, Hootsuite) - Broad hands on Digital Marketing knowledge;
Proven track record in using analytics and reporting tools; and proven track in the execution
