QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications or similar role
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
Solid understanding of marketing communications strategies, channels, and techniques
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
TASKS:
Familiarize and work towards being the event "expert" for Sprout Solutions;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Coordinate and work collaboratively with the different company departments, agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners;
> Case studies with Sales
Brand marketing: Create, coordinate and implement internal and external communications and marketing events. Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation;
>Frequency: Sponsored - at least 2 events, Organized - at least 4 event, Show-up - at least 35% of signup, Budget- save 5% of the marketing communication per year
Include distributing promotional material, responding to customers' queries and comments on social media. Ultimately, this person will act as our brand's voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.
In-charge of social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness;
> Frequency: Facebook messages about events, Facebook comments about events
Public Relations and Partnerships: Strategically identify and recruit new social influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Sprout products on their website and social channels. Furthermore, ensuring brand reputation and online presence by managing the day-to-day logistics of including but not limited to brand's blogs, social media accounts, product reviews and promotions.
Ensure a strong relationship and camaraderie with partners to maximize the company's media mileage;
> Frequency: Instagram and Youtube - 10 influencers per month, Media website - 8 media partners per month (Refer to the list of company partners and Geiser Maclang contract)
Social media marketing: Create and strategize content to improve online presence by attracting high numbers of online followers/likers and engagements through Linkedin;
> Frequency: Linkedin - at least 1 post per day
May be assigned to handle new projects from time to time or if the need arises;
> Awards night for clients (SSI), Updated sales sheet
Other related digital marketing support, communication, and tasks that may be required from time to time
