Event and Campaign Conceptualization and Creation
Participates in event and campaign brainstorming and planning sessions
Creates pre-production and post-mortem event decks
Execution of events and campaigns
Scouting for suppliers and event partners
Permit processing and documentation
Coordinates with all necessary internal and external teams involved (creative teams, leasing teams, operations teams, administration teams, and third party suppliers)
Tenant and Brand Coordination
Responds to tenant marketing concerns and inquiries
Participates in tenant discussions and alignments
Coordinates with tenants on openings and internal promotions
Participates and assists in newsletter and content calendar planning
Ad Spaces and Venue Rental Management
Monitors all available ad space placements and venue rental placements
Rents out ad space materials and bookings for pop-up stores
Permit processing and documentation
Coordinates with all necessary internal and external teams involved (creative teams, leasing teams, operations teams, administration teams, and third party suppliers)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications Technology Management, Communications Arts or Entrepreneurship Management
Experience conceptualizing and execution of events is a plus
Must have a good understanding of the Rockwell brand and market
Strong customer focus and great communication skills are essential to this role
