This position involves creating targeted emails, managing audience segments, optimizing campaign performance and reporting insights. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a creative mindset to achieve marketing goals.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email campaigns using Eloqua.
Create engaging email content, including copywriting and design.
Implement A/B testing for email subject lines, content, and CTAs.
Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to define audience segments.
Use Eloqua's segmentation features to tailor messaging to specific groups.
Ensure accurate data segmentation for personalized communication.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing future campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in a marketing automation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven experience in B2B marketing automation, specifically Eloqua.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.Preferred Skills:

Working Hours
Available to work up to 40 hours per week.
