Ensure accurate data segmentation for personalized communication.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in a marketing automation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven experience in B2B marketing automation, specifically Eloqua.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Working Hours
Available to work up to 40 hours per week.
Willing to work during European time zone hours, between 9AM - 5PM CET Time.
