Job Summary:The marketing associate is responsible for assisting in overall development of marketing materials and success of various B2B and B2C brand campaigns across RX events globally. This role will handle and coordinate projects across multiple marketing functions, including email and digital marketing, special events, press/PR, partner marketing, education/conference programming, and targeted attendee programming, for both face-to-face events as well as digital/virtual event offerings. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all facets of marketing and events, working and shadowing with various marketing teams for each project he/she will be involved in.Responsibilities:Project coordination and over-all support for any workstream​Have a holistic knowledge & support to different workstreams such as marketing specialist, SEO, PPC & Creatives etc.​Support execution of the marketing plans (all other executions to be delivered by other teams as briefed)​analyze marketing plans and provide strategies on how to improve show support (not limited to the initial ask of the business partners)​briefing, developing, overseeing, project managing and owning the delivery of a multi-channel on and offline marketing plan ​liaise with business partners and operations regarding marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals​Identify opportunities on marketing plans, provide recommendations and improvement to the plan​Execute overall plan and reinforce the strategy of the showQualifications:Bachelor's degree holderAt least 1 year experience in the marketing field, hands-on experience in marketing platforms is a plusMust have a strong stakeholder management and project management skillsKnowledge in data extraction and reportingDemonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and structural changesAbility to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processesPassion to develop projects and understanding of the market automation disciplineA friendly attitude and a team playerExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to be self-directedWilling to work on a flexible shift depending on the business needsWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
