Position Overview
The Marketing Associate provides administrative marketing support for our Tech Team leaders. They are responsible for the execution of special projects assigned by our Tech Marketing team leadership. Partner Marketing Associates work cross-functionally to complete ad-hoc projects that support marketing campaigns, internal marketing communications, data entry, graphic design, webpage updates, etc.
What you will do at Insight
Work with internal marketing teammates to create internal newsletters
Works with internal teammates to ensures appropriate updates are made to marketing collateral and internal webpages
Provide administrative support to the teams such as building reporting presentations, submitting requests through project management tools such as Workfront, etc.
Act as the conduit between creative teams and aligned Marketing Specialists regarding updates/needs/obstacles surrounding marketing projects
And other duties as needed
What you will need to join Insight
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, from four-year College or University
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or marketing project management with basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
Other related experience will be considered so long as candidate can provide demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing
Graphic design skills
Basic HTML/CSS skills
Expert or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint required
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp or Marketo a plus
