JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes daily administrative tasks
Supports the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Assists in organizing promotional events, traditional and digital campaigns
Composes and posts online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Creates marketing write- ups to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicates with clients, customers, and vendors and maintains good relations
Contributes to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
Helps identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Maintains and updates marketing database’
Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales team
Performs any other relevant assignments as tasked by the Marketing Manager and Top Management
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Creative and strategic thinker
