We are looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a high profile role that is responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing tools and material is in line with the organization's branding strategy. Ultimately, this role will help the organization build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Support Senior Management in establishing a clear direction on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
Support the launch of new call center sites and pre-promotional activities.
Produce and analyze quarterly sales and marketing reports
Build and maintain a key prospect database for global sales
Prepare and support Tradeshows and Conference Calendar
Develop and publish presentations, client touch initiatives, in conjunction with Senior Management and Communication Team.
Support the Communication Team with maintaining all global versions of existing marketing materials and regularly communicate changes to Senior Management and sales staff
Provide suggestions for the development and enhancement of Bill Gosling Outsourcing's marketing strategy (e.g. web sites)
Develop and execute "drip" marketing campaigns to nurture active prospects.
Work with the Communication Team as it relates to supporting (and enhancing) the efforts of Senior Management and sales staff in the preparation of all RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc., including creation and modification of templates, coordination of activities, creation of hard and soft copies, and distribution of materials to appropriate parties
Provide support for client meetings/presentations.
Support for all other Sales and Marketing projects as assigned
ABOUT YOU
You have a College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing Discipline
You have a minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Development Management or Communications
Previous project management, sales or technical writing experience is required
You possess excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with regional and senior management, investors, internal and external stakeholders
You demonstrate teamwork, open communication and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
You demonstrate job knowledge through understanding of the fundamental skills and procedures.
You are never satisfied and demonstrate a winning attitude striving for success and productivity
You take initiative to share or apply best practices in order to improve personal performance and customer experience.
You are fun and energetic and are engaged at all levels
