Position: Marketing Associate I
Location: Mahayahay, ILIGAN CITY, Lanao del Norte. Office-based.
Employment type: Full-time, 8 hours per day
Job Description:
DreamTeam PH is looking for a Marketing Associate I to assist us with tasks needed to keep a client project or campaign running smoothly. These tasks often include:
Assisting in planning and preparing marketing proposals
Supporting the production of marketing materials.
Analyzing sales and marketing metrics.
Updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports, and presentations.
Tracking projects and team activities.
Assisting with client communications and standardizing marketing materials.
Experience may not be required, but you must pass the training and develop the skills necessary because this is the entry-level role for the Marketing Specialist and Marketing Strategist positions.
After the preliminary training, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with analyzing market research and customers' behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals by building strong marketing campaigns.

Help plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns focused on the clients' marketing and sales goals.
Work closely with the content writer and graphic designer to schedule posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media channels using social media scheduling tools.
Do keyword research, setup ads, and monitor their performance.
Prepare reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and present possible use in future case studies.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the tasks according to client or marketing campaign needs and objectives.
Use Google Analytics to examine if our online marketing practices are working and make suggestions for changes based on your findings.
Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Monitor and report the clients' and their competitors' marketing and sales activities.
Collect and analyze consumer and audience behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings).
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
