MARKETING ASSOCIATE for high end beauty salon company - makatiDempsey Resource Management

Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description ) :
1. Conducting Market Research
2. Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices
3. Manage and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to develop marketing campaigns.
4. Analyze result of marketing efforts and come up with the strategies
5. Sourcing and coordinating with suppliers of marketing related materials
6. Customer support by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in social media platforms.
7. Create, distribute and monitor marketing collateral needed by salon and staff
8. Monitoring Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ranking and coming up with strategies to increase ranking.
9. Creates blog content and copyright.
10. Coordinate with media outlet for external appearances and feature article
11. Managing brand ambassador and sourcing of models
12. Monitoring and reporting the following;
?a. Marketing expenses - if need be
?b. SNS Insight - Monthly report
?c. Tracking of Promotion
?d. Marketing Update - Weekly
13. Assist the Graphic Designer with regards to photography or taking
photos in the salon
Job Qualifications
❏ Graduate of Bachelor's or College degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
❏ Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the field
❏ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
❏ Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics and other
analytical tools
❏ At least 1 HOURR travel time going to the office
Salary Range : 18,000 to 23,000
