Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant that will provide a vital support to the marketing team by assisting in various aspects of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing reports, coordinating promotional events, managing social media platforms, and assisting in the creation of marketing materials.
Plays a key role in maintaining marketing calendars, organizing meetings, and communicating with clients and vendors
Managing and monitoring social media channels, engaging with the audience, and reporting on social media performance.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating marketing-related tasks & projects.
Performs job that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors.
Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Proactive and self-motivated, taking the initiative to suggest ideas and solutions to enhance marketing efforts.
Ability to work with a Team.
