You are responsible for handling inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and post paid.
Requirements:
Preferably with CUSTOMER SERVICE background (Not necessarily BPO)
Fresh Graduates of a Bachelor's Degree Course, Completed at least 2 years in College with ANY work experience or If below 2 yrs, at least 6 months of BPO/Call Center exp
