REQUIREMENTS:
Native Chinese
Can speak English well
Conversational English
Can make Email and answer calls in Chinese and English
Has Customer Service Background
Has experience working experience in BPO companies
No work experience required
DUTIES:
Assist Chinese Travelers or passenger regarding their inquiries
Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggage
Answer calls for transfer of seat or booking confirmation
Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counters check in
