JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: A US based company established in 1985. It has expanded to more than 28 countries and assisting 50 languages to provide best outsourcing solutions worldwide.
Duties:
Act as a liaison for China IT folks using English and Mandarin language for any APAC systems and server related requirements, requests or issues.
Responsible for updating Operating System Patches (Server PCI and Non-PCI).
Making sure the Microsoft Security updates are deployed monthly to the machines using the deployment tool.
Communicates with Corporate security if there is a new vulnerability that needs to be fixed on the systems.
Ensures that the system or the machine is compliant and scanned on tenable before putting them into production.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and other computer related studies, ECE or IT related field
At least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, Remote troubleshooting, Customer management and other related IT services experience.
At least 2 years of experience working in a BPO environment
Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holiday
Willing to work in the office if asked to do so
