JOB DETAILS:
REQUIREMENTS:

Fresh graduate of IT or any relevant course
Must be willing to do technical Support Job
Can start working after 30 to 60 days
Having technical background is a plus
Can speak, read and write Mandarin
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
DUTIES:
Handle technical issues from Chinese users
Resolves issues in password change, system inquiry and technical problems
Assist Mandarin speaking users regarding basic technical concerns
Report escalations or more complex issues to higher technical team
Record the basic technical concern and initial diagnosis
Do basic translations of documents
