Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any related background
Familiarity with Procurement processes and Accounts payable
With 3 to 5 years working experiences and at least 2 to 3 years in procurement and administration field
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling validation of priority in Purchase order requisitions
Analysing quotations and techno-commercial discussion with user and supplier
Issuing purchase order following the regulatory and client process and finalizing supplier details
Ensuring compliance checks, vendor review and on boarding of clients
