Position: Mandarin Payroll Team Lead
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: P 110,000 -P120,000 gross
Benefits:Government Mandated Benefits, 13-month pay, HMO Cards (3 dependents) and Allowances VPR (Company Bonus), Leave Credits, and visa processing
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin and excellent communication skills in English.
Bachelor's Degree in human resource, accounting, and finance-related courses
Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in China Payroll related experience
Supervisory or leadership experience is a must
Responsibilities:
Management of payroll in line with the group-wide HR service delivery model. Providing support to countries using the Mandarin language.
Responsible for developing the department: solving operational or strategic problems, process analysis, strategy, budget, and efficiency drive. Additionally, covering the accounting side of payroll: bookkeeping, year-end activities such as accruals, fast close.
Accountable for driving operational excellence within the Payroll teams for the execution of all related end to end processes for compliance
Responsible for correctly processing/uploading all data transmitted to payroll from various payroll feeding processes such as compensation & benefits, time management processes, leave of absence, day to day time records, etc.
