Position: Mandarin Payroll Specialist
Location: Taguig City (Temporary Work from Home)
Salary: P 95,000 Gross
Industry: Shared Services Company
Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift and Midshift)
Job Description:
Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries
Handle customer queries through calls, chat and emails
Handle escalation calls related to Overpayment and Receivables
Taking inbound calls for queries and making outbound calls for receivables recovery
Process and explain manual check calculations, work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand the root cause of overpayment/receivable and provide details to employees
Produce timely responses to employee inquiries
Record inbound/outbound calls, update simplicity with repayment plan agreed with employees.
Work closely with GERM Operations for providing better employee experience and improve collection effectiveness
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
Bachelor's Degree in any field
With solid background in Payroll
Prior Experience in inbound calling/Customer Support is a plus
Can start ASAP
