REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Payroll
• Proficient in English & Mandarin (Written and Spoken) (To liaise with mandarin speaking employees)
• MS Word, Excel, PPT Skills: Intermediate
• Applicant must be willing to relocate to Makati, Philippines
• Good with numbers and numbers crunching
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer, prepare, execute overall expatriate, and local payroll administrations.
• Ensure payrolls are accurately computed and credited to the staff's bank account on time and in compliance with government-mandated requirements.
• Collaborate with the HRES team to obtain a list of newly hired expatriate employees with working visa requirements to assist in opening bank accounts in order to ensure Peso's salary process after obtaining a work permit.
• Consolidate, review, process various types of claims and petty cash applications in order to ensure employees will receive reimbursement on time.
• Cash Float Management
• Consolidate, review, process monthly cash payment of peso exchange, dormitory allowances, employee referral bonus, PZIP bonus, salary in cash, generate cash float report in order to ensure various types of allowances/ bonus are distributed on time with the correct amount.
• Assist, participate in the payroll project(s) assigned in order to contribute to enhancements on efficiency, improvement of C&B functions.
