Company Profile: A Secured Money remittance and money transfer services based in the US is currently dominating the world with their international branches. They are currently processing money transfer and remittances across the globe. Their customers are Chinese located around the world who would like to transfer or receive money from their families.
Duties:
Answer calls from Chinese about remittance centers nearest locations
Answer inquiries from Chinese about requirements to claim the money
Assist in checking the delivery status of the payment transfer
Assist customers in creating an online profile for registration
Discuss Mobile wallet and how to activate it
Help in tracking money transactions
Give instructions on how to pick up the money

Requirements
Requirements:
Open to Filipino Chinese or Filipino
Open to Native Chinese or any nationality (we can provide visa)
