REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in both Mandarin and English Language
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
Related Experience with HR and Financial
Minimum of 2-3 years related experience
Strong understanding of administrative process flow
Experienced using multiple IT systems/tools e.g., Workday, Ariba, ServiceNow
Well developed knowledge of HR databases, MS Word, Outlook, Excel
资格:

学士学位持有人优先
RESPONSIBILITIES(责任):
Delivery of relevant HR administrative/operational activities within specified SLAs
Administrative aspect of core HR deliverables
HR support to HR leadership team across APAC
Update and maintain the HR hub group (the point)
Provides routine reporting, data gathering exercises as needed
Complete government forms using standard WD reports
Provide routine Workday support as needed
Maintaining employee records electronically
Respond to requests and complete annual required employee information spreadsheets for insurance vendors including workers compensation, salary continuance, benefits providers etc
Responsible for generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on joiners and leavers across AEM
