REQUIREMENTS:
Can read, write and speak in Mandarin
Speak and understand at least basic English
Atleast have a 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends
Willing to work in Mandaluyong Area
DUTIES:
Accepts inbound calls and handles customer's problems from the products supported.
Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow up top ensure customer needs and •expectations are met.
Determines appropriate action to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures.
Performs other related functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
