JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This company focused on real estate; house-rental, property development, and brokerage. Headquartered in Pasay City, providing professional services for customers in the real estate industry.
DUTIES:
● Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
● Predicting future financial trends
● Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
● Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
● Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
● Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
● Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
● Analysing market trends and competitors
REQUIREMENTS:
● Open for Taiwanese and Filipino Chinese
● Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English
● Accountancy/Finance Graduate or any related course
● With working experience as a Finance Manager/Accounting Manager
● At least 3-5 years Accounting/Finance Experience
