Requirements:
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
Bachelors Degree in any course
Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, and attitude can accept overtime and shift work;
Mush be willing to work Onsite.
Clear thinking, strong ability of logical thinking and analysis and judgment;
Good organization, coordination, communication, and management skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily communication and translation for the overseas post-loan team (both verbal&Oral)
Assist team leader in daily management issues of the local team. (Indicators and policies issued)
Assist department head to monitor the working status of the local team, including but not limited to discipline, efficiency, training processing, etc.
Monitor the local team's performance and give feedback with suggestions on time to lead.
Report to the department head when abnormal or other unexpected and uncontrollable situation occurs to the team;
Other tasks assigned by superior
