Requirements:
Preferably Bachelor's degree graduate
Has work experience in a BPO setting is a plus
Can speak, read and write and conversational to business level
Willing to work in Taguig
Duties:
Responsible for creating documented data from Chinese pre-recorded audio or video (Chinese)
Reviewing English documents from the transcribed data and ensuring accuracy
Describe recordings accurately and translate any specific jargon into long-form specifically related to the account being handled
Makes corrections on transcribed documents and communicates with off-site staff to ensure proper changes are made to documents.
