To execute C&B administrative tasks and provide support in researching
Processing, implementing C&B initiatives, programs, policies, strategies within a corporate direction, and local regulatory compliance to contribute to organizational growth & profitability.
Ensuring that relevant C&B programs are in place which aim for internal equity and external competitiveness, that in result, the organization can attract & retain a quality workforce.
