Duties:
Responsible for projecting a professional company image through excellent customer service both by email and chat, and phone communications.
Responsible in providing written or verbal translation if needed.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
