Job Description
Respond and Resolve promptly to our customer inquries and complaints.
Ensures that customers'request is completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Set up and manage the new/existing customer accounts; Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures
Monitoring online currencies
Performs related work assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Any nationality is welcome to apply, as long as proficient in Mandarin and English language.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Language is a Must.
Typing proficiency must be 35-40 WPM
Customer service skills
Working experience in the related field and/or experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
Applicant must be willing to work in Philippines (Makati City)
