Proficient in Mandarin and English languages
Candidates must be willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday in BGC, Taguig

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage schedule and set up meetings
Format and draft internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports, take notes during meetings
Screen, direct and distribute correspondence
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
Coordinate with other team members or other departments as needed
Oversee progress of tasks given by the director to other team members
Act as an intermediary between the director and non-Chinese speaking correspondence
