Company Profile: This company is an American communications technology company and one of the most well known web hosting providers in the world. Their specialties include Mobile Collaboration, Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Online Meetings, Web Conferencing, Cloud Meetings, and Webinars.
Duties:
Meet or exceed sales and product objectives
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates with proven sales experience
3 years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company
Salesforce Customer Relationship Management experience preferred
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred
Preferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales or Telemarketing or equivalent.
