Designing payment processes, leading payment transformational projects, project management experience running projects / tasks
Partners with Thomson Reuters businesses, DEP, Finance, Operations and Enablement and other Customer to Cash leaders to align, automate and improve our payment processes and identifies changes in the business and other external developments that may impact the process
Leads effective external partnerships to optimize payment processes
Delivery payment projects that improve the customer experience in legacy solutions and future state solutions (SAP Hana)
Ensures that high standards of process and quality controls are built into business process
Identifies leading practices (structure, process and/or technology) that can strengthen service delivery and contributes to functional and business policies
Works with business partners to oversee successful development and implementation of process transformation using agile leadership techniques
Ensures that process documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Performance Management
Partner with business partners to drive improved payments solutions & to deploy enterprise solution through the enterprise change program
Talent Management
Partner with others in order to help develop the talent in Cash Applications and collections and across TR
Stakeholder Management
Partners with technology leadership and business partners to identify and resolve issues, realize opportunities and achieve consistency, scale and alignment across the customer touchpoint model
Partners effectively with other Customer to Cash process owners to ensure end to end process alignment ensuring a quality customer experience
Influences business partners regarding business policy, process design, and technology.
