What HR Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
HR Operations administers HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations to drive operational efficiency within the function. This job family maintains personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, retirement and leaves of absence and administers HR transactions such as hiring, termination, contracts and retirement. HR Operations also provides reporting to internal management, external agencies, vendors and in support of audits.
Qualifications
Bachelors in related field
6+ years experience in related field supporting HR Shared Services/BPO model, preferred
Experience working with US-based HR policies and practices, required
Strong English verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members
Critical eye for detail and appreciation for data accuracy and integrity
Experience working within compliance and regulations preferred
Effective track record of demonstrating strong leadership skills
Proven results on driving employee engagement
Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction
Effective ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand
Proven successful ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and effectively handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities
Willing to work US hours
** Internal candidates have to be in an M1/P3 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this role.
