The role designs, recommends and implements programs to grow retail consumers and volume among Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS. It also entails improving the overall brand health and image of SEAOIL, and requires constant coordination with functional and inter-department peers to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic initiatives
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Analyzes customer research and competitive data and develops strategies and action plans to improve customer experience and engagement for Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS.
2. Designs and implements programs to drive customer engagement from awareness to loyalty, thereby growing retail volume, margins and market share
3. Measures effectiveness of programs through agreed methodologies and metrics.
4. Coordinates with functional teams within CCM and other departments to ensure timely and effective implementation of programs.Develops strategies to improve SEAOIL's brand health and image among retail B2B customers.
Qualifications for the Role:
College graduate, preferably Management, Market Research or Psychology
At least 3 years experience in marketing, project management or brand management from the B2B industries, preferably Oil/Gas
Project management and analytical skills; CRM knowledge; interpersonal skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in different productivity tools such as GSuite, etc.
Ability to multi-task and cater to multiple platforms
Realistic Job Preview: The role will lead the customer engagement and customer experience initiatives for Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS, from insighting to execution. He/She will ensure that sound and realistic strategies are designed, implemented, monitored and measured regularly
Willing to do field work/travel
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
