Main Accountabilities:
Primary business partner for CHIP organization and functional & operational leaders
Serves as the CHIP operational and administrative compliance officer to interface and coordinate with local government, regulatory & compliance (e.g., PEZA, LGU, BIR, and SEC) agencies, statutory entities, and audits.
Facilitates administrative compliance to meet local regulatory reportorial requirements through external and internal partnerships which includes but not limited to completion of annual financial audit, business permit requirements, etc.
Ensures accurate reporting for capacity planning, site expansion, headcount, and value realization
Prepares LOA Application, liquidations, and other documents required by PEZA
Reviews all importation permits, farm-in, and farm-out documents
Responds to all PEZA inquiries and inspection requests
Facilitates completion of certificate renewal of VAT zero-rates and available incentives
Establishes proper control framework, oversees testing and compliance of internal controls including overseeing remediation of any audit findings, as required, through collaboration with relevant parties in CHIP and onshore.
Maintains CHIP compliance monitoring checklist for LGU, PEZA, BIR, and SEC
Oversees CHIP fixed asset inventory in partnership with partner vendor.
Supervises 1-2 direct reports

Interactions normally involves resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
Gains consensus from various parties involved
