Job Responsibilities:
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications:
Open for Malaysian or Indonesian nationality
Female
Can speak, read and write in Mandarin
Fluent in English
Bachelor degree in any field, but preferably in Accounting, HR or relevant field
Strong Math skills with ability to spot numerical errors
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Able to handle confidential information
Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines (Air ticket will be reimbursed by the company)
Job Details and Benefits:
Package: PHP 86,000 and up
Working Hours: 10 Hours/ day, 5 days/ week
Annual Leave: 27days/ year
