Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Staff member to oversee and support the upkeep of our stores and head office facilities. The role involves conducting regular inspections, identifying maintenance needs, coordinating with service providers for larger repairs, and performing minor to moderate maintenance tasks independently.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of the head office and store locations to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Prepare inspection reports and escalate issues requiring significant repairs.
Initiate and carry out small to moderate repairs (e.g., minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or painting work).
Coordinate and follow up with external maintenance or repair contractors for major issues.
Monitor ongoing repair projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
Ensure all facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from any site.
Report recurring or major issues to the Facilities or Operations Manager.
Assist with relocation, setup, or minor renovations when needed.
Qualifications
At least High School graduate; TESDA certification or vocational training in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or related fields is an advantage.
With experience in general building or facility maintenance (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC).
Ability to identify and troubleshoot common repair issues in office and retail environments.
Good communication and coordination skills; able to liaise with suppliers and service providers.
Willing to travel between store locations and head office as needed.
With valid driver's license (preferably Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3 / DL Codes A or B) and can drive motorcycle)
Physically fit; able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and perform hands-on tasks.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if urgent maintenance is required.
Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
