PROJECT BASED MAINTENANCE AND UTILITY ASSOCIATE
The Maintenance and Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the facility, repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues, handling equipment-related concerns, and assisting with various maintenance works based on the project.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or higher
With knowledge or experience in maintenance work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Willing to work on a project-based schedule
Reliable, hardworking, and responsible
Knowledgeable in following safety rules and instructions
With driver's license is a plus
