MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
 
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, climb, or perform manual tasks as required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, machinery, and equipment (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems).
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance work.
