We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid to Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive innovation and provide valuable insights.
Responsibilities:
Research and Development: Explore and evaluate new algorithms, models, and techniques to improve our machine-learning capabilities.
Algorithm Design and Development: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges. Collaborate with BI developers, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Model Training and Evaluation: Build and train machine learning models using various techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning. Evaluate model performance, fine-tune hyperparameters, and implement model validation strategies to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Model Deployment and Integration: Deploy machine learning models into production systems and integrate them with existing applications and workflows. Collaborate with software engineers to develop scalable and efficient deployment pipelines. Monitor model performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in machine learning workflows. Optimize code, parallelize computations, and utilize hardware accelerators (GPU, TPU) to improve model training and inference efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models at scale.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
