Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross-sell value-added services to various customers.
o 18 years of age and above
o Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
o Preferably a college graduate of any course
o Willing to start immediately
o No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
o Willing to work onsite in AYALA
-Has at least 2 years of Native GDS experience (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre or Worldspan ONLY ) + Any of these non-negotiable requirements:
o 1 year of Flight Reservation Experience
o 2 years of Native Airline GDS Experience
o 1 yr of International Booking Experience
o 2 Yrs Corporate Or Leisure Travel Industry Experience
o 2 Yrs Customer Sales And Service Experience
o Start Date: Class of May 30
o Good to Excellent Communication Skills
