Pickup bookings and quotations
Monitor deliveries and keep delays to a minimum. Constantly following up and updating clients.
Coordinate with the Managers and Fleet Allocators for escalations and urgent pickups and deliveries.
Calculate invoices for clients and validate charges on carrier invoices.
Investigate reasons for delays and communicate to the clients with incident reports from carriers.
Connote report - compile consignments dispatched the previous day and
Send overdue to Operations for immediate action.
Maintain trackers and ensure spreadsheets are updated and uploaded to a shared file weekly
Prepare an end-of-month report for all clients.
Update and send daily report to one of the clients.
Other clerical and assigned tasks from the client.
Random follow upcalls/emails to clients requesting service feedback by CS team.
Must have a BPO experience as CSR handling Logistics account, preferably in international market.
Good English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
Open to work on dayshift schedule and weekends off
