The Claims & Billing Supervisor's main responsibility is to manage invoice and claims validation with third-party logistics providers (3PL) ZALORA uses to deliver customer orders. He/She will work with the 3PLs and with internal teams to resolve claims and ensure timely payment of fees.
Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end process of 3PL invoice and claims payment, along with relevant KPIs, such as timeliness and absorption/savings.
Developing procedures and policies to improve (1) validation and payment of invoices of 3PL fees and (2) filing, investigation, and closure of 3PL claims
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing and providing resolution for claim incidents.
Identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to improve Leading and supporting relevant internal and external improvement projects
Requirements:
Graduate of Engineering or Business Management related courses preferred
Preferably 2-3 years experience in logistics/transport or operations
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must excel at multitasking and pay great attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Dynamic and proactive, with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt to ambiguity
Willing to report to Muntinlupa - Cavite Expressway (MCX) Area when needed
