With our business growth, we are looking for a Live Receptionist to support the existing team for our Hotel and other industry clients, in managing the booking process, scheduling property maintenance and housekeeping and making sure the booking websites are correct and up-to-date.
This is a work-from-home role open to qualified applicants in the following areas: Iloilo & Bacolod (Western Visayas)
About the Role
Virtual Phone Reception Service including Bookings / Orders and general inquiries
Email responses and Live Chat response
Support the workload of Shared Support Team during periods of low work volume
The role will require a mix of Morning, Evening and Overnight shifts. Candidates unable to commit to Overnight Shift requirements will not be considered
Requirements
Previous experience in a position as a Hotel Reservations Clerk, Operations Personnel or experience in the BPO industry handling any of the big hotel groups or booking aggregators.
High attention to detail, positive attitude and be a self-starter
Excellent English communication skills, including advanced written and spoken;
Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications;
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines; and
Demonstrated experience in developing a high standard of high volume correspondence and administration.
