LIAISON OFFICER FOR DOCUMENTATION
 
Job Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of all documents (Government permits, Transfer Land Title, Building Permits, Employee Benefits, and other legal documents)
At least 1-3 years of experience with a Real Estate company or similar
Job Description:
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the legal documents needed for the application
Secures the documents needed in compliance with the registration and permit requirements;
Takes charge of securing permits, of facilitating the land acquisition, of obtaining licenses and other related documents needed for project implementation;
Maintain an orderly filing system
Leads in the development and implementation of internal document control procedures to ensure a standard approach and methodology on management and control of documents
Salary: Competitive Range
 
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon- Fri)
