? Position 1: Branch Officer - Sales
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with property inquiries and site tours
• Present and promote housing projects
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets
✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related)
• With 1-3 years sales experience (real estate is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused
• Familiar with Pag-IBIG or bank financing (advantage)
? Position 2: Branch Officer - Documentation
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage client documents
• Process contracts, reservations, and loan requirements
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
• Monitor accounts and submission timelines
 
✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Office Admin, or related)
• With 1-2 years admin/documentation experience
• Willing to process with financing partners like BPI & PAG IBIG and government offices like BIR, ROD,ASSESORS, and LGU offices
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiar with real estate documents (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel
